Ordering Process

We ship from Singapore

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 6pm on Mondays - Friday, 10am - 2pm on Saturdays Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

If you check out with a combination of in-stock and preorder items, you will receive your in-stock items in 1-3 working days and your pre order items 2-3 weeks later when they arrive in Singapore. Rest assured that you will only be charged one shipping fee.

*Pre order items will take approximately 2-3 weeks to arrive in Singapore, we will update you 3 working days to the date of arrival
